Rules for using IndiaBusinessHUB from 2026-10-04.

Account rules
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use IndiaBusinessHUB lawfully. You are responsible for activity through your account and must promptly report suspected misuse.
Businesses and listings
Business profiles, product listings, service listings, and other published information must be accurate, current, lawful, and not misleading. You must have the right to offer the goods or services you publish.
Contact access
Some contact details are available only through an eligible membership or paid platform access. You must use disclosed contact details only for genuine business communication and must not scrape, resell, spam, or misuse them.
Requirements and messaging
Members may publish business requirements and communicate through platform messaging. You are responsible for checking each counterparty, requirement, quotation, statement, and proposed transaction before acting.
Payments and promotions
IndiaBusinessHUB may charge for memberships, promotions, or other paid features and may use third-party payment providers. The price and applicable taxes shown before payment form part of that purchase. Paying for promotion does not guarantee views, enquiries, sales, or business results.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit and give IndiaBusinessHUB permission to store, process, display, reproduce, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the platform. You must not upload content that infringes another person's rights or violates law.
Moderation and suspension
IndiaBusinessHUB may review reports, limit visibility, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or close accounts when reasonably needed for safety, compliance, platform integrity, or a breach of these terms. We may preserve records where required for security, disputes, or law.
Platform role and liability
IndiaBusinessHUB provides discovery, listing, communication, payment-support, and promotion tools. It is not a party to agreements between members and does not guarantee identities, credentials, listings, goods, services, payments, or outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, each member is responsible for their decisions, due diligence, contracts, taxes, and losses arising from transactions with other members.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Mandatory rights and remedies available under applicable law are not excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the platform, law, or our practices change. The effective date will be updated, and fresh acceptance may be requested when appropriate.
